Hi, I’m Daniel, the founder of SimplyDoughLicious. I was born in Slovakia and always had a deep appreciation for Slavic culture and cuisine ever since moving to the United States, and with my family our journey began with one simple goal, to share the flavors of lángos with the new audience here in Florida.

Lángos is more than just a dish—it’s a tradition, a street food classic across Central and Eastern Europe that’s made to be enjoyed in good company. We believe that food has the power to connect people and create lasting memories. That’s why every bite we serve is rooted in authenticity, hospitality, and a desire to offer something fresh and exciting to the American food scene.
